Our good friends have a son diagnosed with Phelan-McDermid syndrome and we bought a couple shirts for a fundraiser to support research. Linden was super excited to see t-shirts arrive in the mail.

This guy is such an easy second child some days. He loved playing in his jumper today while we settled at home after work and cooked dinner.

Had a great visit with Laine's high school friend Adam and his awesome family before heading to Peoria with Linden for a live show of Daniel Tiger while Wallace stayed home.

We made the most of the unseasonably warm 68 degree weather today, first playing outside and then running to the park. That's right. Linden ran half a mile to and from the park.

Once we got home and were talking to our neighbors Epa and Rosangela, Linden was overcome by the sunshine day and took the opportunity to lay down on their driveway and take in the beautiful sky.

I know. Not a cute picture, but a cute moment.

Linden and Wallace both awoke from their naps at the exact same time. While that doesn't sound ideal, I found myself in the enviable position of snuggling two tired kiddos at once.

The Illinois Wesleyan women's basketball team was playing at home, so we went to cheer on our neighbor Molly McGraw. She lives in the house where L & W go for daycare.

Next we went to the IWU student Latino organization's annual dinner to visit our friend Yolanda who comes over most Thursdays to hang with us and the kids. (Sorry, no pictures.)

Once we got home, we were fortunate enough to snap a few more cute kid pics.

Linden wore her Elsa dress with pants and shoes. She loves this 48 degree weather!

Today, Jane Lynch came to campus for Illinois State's Founders Day -- celebrating 160 years.

Starting to visit potential pre-school options for Linden.

My cousin Bryan stopped by our house for dinner and a visit. Linden called him my "brother" throughout the visit and enjoyed showing off for him in general.
